Deeni masail mein se ek aham sawal yeh hai ke kya Khana Kaaba ke andar namaz parhna jaiz hai? Aur agar jaiz hai to phir qibla ki simt ka kya hukm hoga? Is masle ko samajhne ke liye hamein Ahadees-e-Mubarakah aur fuqaha-e-kiram ki tashreehat ki taraf rujoo karna zaroori hai. Neeche isi sawal ka tafseeli jawab pesh kiya ja raha hai.

Sunnat se Daleel

Sawal: Kya farmaate hain muftiyaan-e-kiraam ke khana-e-Kaaba ke andar namaz parhi ja sakti hai ? Agar parhi ja sakti hai to simt qibla ka kya masla hai?

Jawab: Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim: Al-jawaabu bi'aunil malikil wahhaab. Allahumma hidaayatal haqqi was-sawaab:

Kaaba sharif ke andar namaz parhna Huzoor Akram sallallahu ta'ala alaihi wa aalihi wa sallam ke mubarak amal se saabit hai aur fuqahaa-e-kiraam ne bhi iske jaiz hone ka fatwa diya hai, chunaanche Bukhari wa Muslim ki mutafiq alaihi hadith hai wal-faz lil-Bukhari:

"An Abdillahi bin Umar: 'Anna rasoolallahi sallallahu alaihi wa sallama dakhalal ka'bata wa Usaamatu bin Zaidin wa Bilaalun wa Usmaanu bin Talhatal Hajabiyyu fa aglaqaha alaihi wa makasa fiha, fa sa'altu Bilaallan heena kharaja maa sana'an nabiyyu sallallahu alaihi wa sallam, qaala: ja'ala amoodan an yasaarihi wa amoodan an yameenihi wa salaasata a'midin waraa'ahu, wa kaanal baytu yawma izin alaa sittati a'midin, thumma sallaa.'" (Sahih al-Bukhari, Kitaabus Salaah, Baabus salaati bainas sawaari fee ghairi jamaa'ah, Hadith: 505)

Yani Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar radiyallahu ta'ala anhuma kehte hain, Rasoolallah sallallahu ta'ala alaihi wa aalihi wa sallam aur Usaamah bin Zaid, Usmaan bin Talhah aur Bilaal bin Rabaah radiyallahu ta'ala anhum Kaaba moazzamah mein daakhil hue aur darwaazaa band kar liya gaya. Kuch dair tak wahan thehre jab baahar tashreef laaye, maine Bilaal radiyallahu ta'ala anhu se poochha, Huzoor (sallallahu ta'ala alaihi wa aalihi wa sallam) ne kya kiya ? Kaha: aik sutoon baaiin taraf kiya aur do daahni taraf aur teen peeche aur is zamaane mein Baitullah sharif ke chhe sutoon the. Phir namaz parhi.

Baitullah sharif ke andar namaz parhe to kisi bhi simt rukh kare, qibla ki taraf rukh hoga, Durr-e-Mukhtar ma'a Tanweeril Absaar mein hai:

"Yasihu farzun wa naflun feeha wa fawqaha... wa in kurihat thaani ... munfaridan aw jamaa'ah." (Raddul Muhtar, Kitaabus Salaah, Baabus salaati fil la'bah, j:2, al-ma'rah, j:2, s: 254)

Yani Kaaba moazzamah ke andar har namaz jaiz hai, farz ho ya nafl tanha parhe ya ba-jamaat.

Qibla ki Simt ka Hukm

Isi ke tahat Raddul Muhtar mein hai: "Anna al-waajibas tiqbaalu juz'in minhaa ghairu 'ayn, wa innamaa yata'ayyanul juz'u qiblatan lahu bish-shuroo'i fis-salaati wat tawajjuhi ilaihi, wa mataa saara qiblatan fastidbaaru ghairihi laa yakoonu mufsida." (Aydan)

Yani waajib ye hai ke bila ta'ayyun Kaaba ke kisi juz ki rukh kiya jaaye. Namaaz shuru karne aur Kaaba ki taraf mutwajjah hone se juz Kaaba bataur qibla muta'ayyin ho jaayega. Aur jab woh qibla ho gaya to doosre ajza ki taraf peeth hona mufsid-e-namaaz na hoga.

Muraaqil Falaah mein hai

"Suha farzun wa naflun feeha" ayi fee daakhilhaa ilaa ayyi juz'in minhaa tawajjah. (Noorul Eedaah ma'a Muraaqil Falaah, Baabus salaati fil Ka'bah, s: 218)

Kaaba sharif mein farz o nafl sabhi namaaz durust hai yani Kaaba ke andar Kaaba ke kisi bhi hisse (juz) ki taraf mutawajjah ho namaaz durust hai.)

Haasil yeh ke Kaaba ke andar har namaaz jaiz hai aur namaaz padhte waqt Kaaba ke kisi bhi hisse ki taraf rukh kiya jaaye, qibla ki taraf rukh hoga. Wallahu ta'ala a'lam.
