Namaz aur yoga 


musalman 24 ghanton mein 5 namazon ki adaigi mein farz sunnat aur nafil milakar kul 48 rakaat Ada karte hain jabki ek rakat mein kul 7 pose shaklen ikhteyaar ki jaati Hain is Tarah har musalman mard aurat baccha Buddha aur Jawan ek din ki panch namazon mein 7 mukhtalif shaklon ko 336 baar dohrata hai jabki ek namaz ki adaigi mein kam se kam 10 se 15 minute darkar hote hain aur agar sirf farz ho to 5 namazon mein kul 17 farz hote Hain is Tarah kam az kam 119 shaklen ek din mein ekhteyar ki jaati Hain

 jab ek rakaat mein ekhteyar ki jaane wali in 7 shaklon ko Chand yoga chariyon se byan Kiya Gaya to unhone intehai hairat angez haqaiq Ka izhaar Kiya aur Kaha ke ye shaklen 84 yoga aasnon Ka mukhtasar tareen aasan tarin aur behtarin majmua Hain

 yoga insan ki tamam rooh per havi Hai aur ek rakaat mein ekhteyar  ki jaane wali yah 7 shaklen intehai takhliqi aur qudrati shaklen Hain aur agar yeh harkaat theek theek pure shaoor aur zahanat ke sath aur ek waza se dusri waza mein tabdeeli ahista ahista usool sharyat ke ain mutabiq ho to na sirf yeh har azu ko taazgi bakhshti Hai balki hamari ruh ko baleedgi  ata karti hai use quwwat bakhshti  hai

Khushu andar ke sukoon dheyaan aur tawajja Ka name hai

Khuzu. Bahar ki tarteeb aur tawajja Ka name hai 

namaz main in dono ke bare main takeed aai hai ke aap namaz main khushu aur khuzu ikhteyar Karen

Aur yoga main bhi yahi dono baton par ziyada tawajjo di jati hai 

Jo baqaidgi ke sath 5 waqt ki namaz padhe to use yoga ki zaroorat hi Nahi padegi balke namaz hi se warzish exercise bhi ho jayegi aur bahut si bimariyon se chhutkara bhi milega aur insan ek sehat mand Zindagi jiyega
